Online Secure Archive (OSA 15)
Stroma Software's Online Secure Archive (OSA 15) provides energy assessors with secure, online storage space for energy assessment data. OSA 15 enables assessors to save a secondary back-up of your assessment documents and data securely in a remote, cloud-based storage account for up to 15 years. OSA 15 removes the risk of losing your data should your systems fail, which can often be caused by loss of, damage to or virus infection of your data collection equipment. Available with all Stroma Software assessor applications, you can store and access all collected assessment data from your devices in the cloud, via your OSA 15 account space.
OSA 15 performs secure and remote data storage for assessors to maintain a copy of any required documents, including large file sizes, in addition to the master copies kept in your own document archive. OSA 15 provides assessors with an alternative solution for locating your data as and when you need to present it for audit requirements and demonstrate compliance with certification scheme rules.

A note from Stroma Certification - Please remember, assessors should always keep a copy of their evidence in addition to any data which you have backed-up. It is also the assessor's responsibility to check that any evidence has been received by the OSA system.
