Stroma Building Control will confirm receipt of your complaint and ensure it is processed in accordance with the Customer Service Policy requirements, a copy of which can be downloaded here (to link to the new policy once signed off). If you need to contact Stroma Building Control during the complaint investigation or need to provide evidence to us to support your complaint, please contact us by emailing buildingcontrol@stroma.com.
