Stroma Building Control is licensed by the Government to advise on Building Regulations and to approve design and construction. Communication

Communication is at the core of our approach to help clients assess compliance against the Building Regulations. We aim to provide the link which binds the process of communicating between the Client, Contractor, Designer, Project Manager and your Building Control Surveyor. Our qualified surveyors are based locally to your project for efficiency and availability.

We are an independent, third-party specialist to ensure expert interpretation and a consistent approach to the implementation of Building Regulations. We are not constrained by the timescales laid down for approval at a Local Authority. Our goal is to remove Building Control approval from the developers’ risk management equation.
