Stroma Building Control is a CICAIR Approved Inspector offering building control services as an alternative to Local Authority Building Control (LABC). Working across the UK, Stroma Building Control offers a comprehensive service to check the compliance of our clients’ projects against the Building Regulations. We are highly experienced working across all sectors on multi-million pound developments.
The company was formed from and inherited the legacy of three of the UK’s foremost independent CICAIR Approved Inspectors: Approved Design Consultancy, BBS Building Control and Greendoor Building Control. After all three companies were acquired by the Stroma Group between 2015 and 2016, their respective experience was combined to create Stroma Building Control in Autumn 2018. The result is a company with national coverage, able to serve clients at a local level and with an impressive collective of qualified Building Control Surveyors able to support you throughout a project.
