Our Role
We are looking for a Building Control Surveyor to join our Exeter team who cover Devon area. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Control Surveyors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.
You will need
- Chartered Membership of CABE, RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
- Working towards minimum BSR registration class 2 A-D for plan checking and site inspection
- Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
- Previous in-house or external building control experience
- Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
- Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
- Current valid driving licence
You will receive
- Up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
