Green Deal Advisor Training (Domestic)

Green Deal Advisor Training (Domestic)

Stroma Certification’s approved Domestic Green Deal Advisor (GDA) Training demonstrates how to carry out Green Deal qualifying assessments, produce Green Deal Advice Reports (GDARs) and explain the findings and recommendations to operate as a Domestic Green Deal Advisor (GDA). Stroma Certification provides software tools, training and certification schemes to fully train Green Deal Advisors for domestic property work.

DEA Certification is a requirement

It is a requirement that all applicants be a certified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) prior to taking the GDA qualification. Stroma Certification operates a DCLG-authorised DEA certification scheme and the requisite DEA training. Existing Stroma DEA members are eligible for a 10% discount on the GDA qualification route.

For candidates who required the DEA qualification, Stroma can combine both DEA and GDA into one training course, or as separate courses. Please contact our training team on 01977 665 420 EXT 347 to discuss your requirements.

For companies or organisations who require both qualifications, Stroma can offer training across the UK and can provide the course at a location of your choosing for groups of five for more individuals.

RSAP+ Software

Stroma Certification has developed our RdSAP compliant domestic energy assessment software - RSAP+ software for use by DEAs and GDAs. It allows DEAs to collect property data efficiently and securely when out on site. Its cross platform compatibility means RSAP+ is available to use on any phone or tablet device (desktop, iOS and Android) with assessment data stored in a central user account. Your GDA training includes tuition and tutorials on the use of RSAP+ on your existing devices. There is no requirement for energy assessors to purchase new hardware in order to use RSAP+.
