Inventory Training



Stroma Certification offers Inventory training to delegates looking to work as an Inventory clerk in the Private Rental Sector. We are committed to ensuring high standards of competence amongst inventory clerks. Our ABBE approved training is perfect for new market entrants to expand their skillset and offer inventory services to the rental market.


Choosing the right path to Inventory Certification

We cover everything you need to operate as an inventory professional in our certified Inventory training course. You’ll receive a full day’s training plus selected reading material. A post course guide and software manual offers best practice advice when carrying out inventories, regulations, glossaries and technical information for our software application. Plus you’ll receive full course notes and a Q&A following course completion.

For already qualified Inventory Clerks we also offer an APEL route to Inventory Certification. This represents ‘Granfather Rights’ for experienced inventory professionals. We will assess a portfolio to confirm your prior work and experience.


Course Content

Our Inventory training course is approved by the Awarding Body of the Built Environment (ABBE). A registration fee of £230+VAT is payable to ABBE when delegates complete the course. We offer Inventory training across the UK and can provide the course at a location of your choosing for groups of four or more individuals.

Andy is the Technical Manager of Stroma Certification - responsible for our assessor certification schemes and training provision. He provides support to the individual Scheme Managers in managing technical support provision, reviewing and developing organisational procedures and ensuring continuous improvement.

Gemma Ferguson

Gemma Ferguson

Gemma has a long track record of product and service development across Stroma Certification. Previously an ECO Scheme Manager, Gemma was also involved with the development of our BIM, ESOS and Non-Domestic Green Deal Scheme. Her extensive knowledge in new and emerging legislation has seen Gemma take a leading role in best practice and education internally and outside Stroma Certification.
