Why Stroma for Part P?

Stroma Certification’s Part P CPS is available to electricians at an annual fee of just £255 +VAT. Our scheme is great value, as it enables you to apply for an extension scope and become certified for other strands of electrical work, including Commercial, Third Party, EICRs and PAT Testing, at no additional cost.

To ensure the delivery of competent installers into the electrical industry, we carry out comprehensive office and on-site assessments before awarding membership of our scheme. This assessment process ensures you have all the relevant documents in place, such as insurance, qualifications and calibration certificates as well as assesses your capabilities and technical expertise to maintain competency and high standards in the electrical industry.

Following successful completion of our assessment process, you will be awarded membership of our Part P CPS. As a Stroma member, you will be represented by a leading body in the electrical industry. We will ensure your voice and opinions are heard and develop our services to support you throughout your work. You’ll also receive a fantastic benefits package as part of your Part P membership with Stroma Certification to support you in completing compliant electrical installation, testing and inspection work throughout domestic properties.

Why is it important to be a certified Part P Electrician?

It is a Government requirement for electricians to be compliant against Part P of the Building Regulations. Stroma is licenced by the Government to operate a Part P CPS to enable electricians to become certified against Part P and to self-certify your work. As a member of Stroma Certification’s Part P CPS you can demonstrate to your customers that you are working compliantly against Part P whilst carrying out installation and maintenance electrical work in a home or domestic property.
