Demonstrate your competence with an OSCAR

All members of Stroma Certification’s Cavity Clearance scheme are required to demonstrate their competency in the proper extraction of damaged cavity wall insulation. The OSCAR (On Site Competency Assessment Report) is the required qualification to prove this competency and can be attained via our partners. Award of the OSCAR is dependent on successful completion of an on site assessment of the cavity extraction method. Further information about OSCAR can be gained by calling 01942 233669.

Streamlined notification software

Use our Tracker software to submit your assessed cavity extraction video and all future cavity clearance notifications. We’re committed to low-costs and at £5 per notification, you’ll only pay for the software you use. We offer Tracker to ensure you can provide an efficient cavity clearance service to your customers.

Tracker also provides you with free pre and post installation forms. This allows our members to fulfil the on site inspection and desktop audits which are required to maintain scheme membership.

A simple cavity clearance process

1. Complete the pre-assessment survey

2. Extract the insulation from the cavity and then capture and upload videos of the empty cavity using a borescope

3. Submit notifications through Tracker software at just £5 per notification

4. Complete quarterly desktop audits
