Standard insurance cover**

The standard Stroma Insurance policy includes common features requested by the members of our certification schemes:

£250,000 Professional Indemnity

Professional Indemnity cover protects you in the event of an error resulting from the work you carry out on behalf of a customer. This might be advice which proves to be incorrect or misleading, errors in PAT Testing or installation or mistakes in procedures. Your Stroma Insurance policy automatically covers you up to £100,000 in a single claim and £250,000 aggregate.

£5,000,000* Public Liability

Public Liability cover is required in the event of injury or damage to a member of the public or their property which results from negligence on your part. Your Stroma Insurance policy covers you up to £5,000,000 in any single claim.

10 metre height limit

The standard insurance policy covers you for working up to a maximum height of 10 metres.

3 metre depth limit

The standard insurance policy covers you for working up to a maximum depth of 3 metres.

Stroma Insurance is an exclusive product for Stroma Certification members (part of our suite of specific membership benefits with our range of certification schemes). ᵻWe work with a third party company called Premium Credit Limited (‘PCL’), which manages instalment payments. We act as a credit broker and we are not a lender. If you have opted to pay by monthly direct debit, we will pass your details to PCL and they will make a credit decision about you, which may include a credit check being carried out. Please let us know immediately if you do not consent to us sharing your details with PCL. If PCL agrees to provide you with credit you will receive a welcome pack including a credit agreement from PCL, which you will need to sign and return to PCL. Failure to return the credit agreement within 14 days of their letter will result in an administration charge of £10.00. Please note that PCL has its own set of terms, conditions and charges and you should familiarise yourself with these carefully. We may receive a commission for introducing you to PCL.
